10 a.m. – Worship

WEDNESDAY:
7 p.m. – Bible Study

We invite you to come worship with us. We are a non denominational group of New Testament Christians. We are simply Christians trying to pattern our lives and our worship according to God’s word which we have in the Bible. We believe the Bible is the inspired word of God and try to follow it as our only authority. We call ourselves the church of Christ because Acts 20:28 tells us that Christ purchased the church with His own blood and Ephesians 1:22 tells us Christ is the Head of the church.

We follow the New Testament examples for our worship service: Praising God in song (Ephesians 5:19) (a cappella), prayers to God (I Timothy 2:1-8), partaking of the Lord’s Supper every week (Acts 20:7), hearing lessons from God’s word (Romans 10:14), and giving as God has blessed us (not expected from visitors) (I Corinthians 16:2).

Join us to study the Bible and grow in faith on Wednesday evenings
at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m.!

The most important question anyone can ask!
The Bible outlines five necessary steps to become a Christian:

Hear the word.

Faith comes through hearing, and hearing comes through the Word of God (Romans 10:17).

Believe the word.

It is impossible for someone to become a christian unless they believe that Jesus is the Savior and Son of God (John 20:31, Acts 16:31, John 3:16).

Repent of your sins.

‘Repent’ means to ‘change your mind’. That change of mind involves a change of action as well. Repentance is when we change our mind and submit ourselves to Jesus (Mark 6:12, Luke 13:5, Luke 15:7).

Confess Jesus to others.

We must be prepared to publicly confess Jesus as our Lord. If we won’t confess Jesus before men, He won’t confess us before God (Matthew 10:32-33, Luke 12:8-9).

Be baptized in the name of Jesus for salvation.

Baptism is what saves us (1 Peter 3:21). Baptism is the point when someone goes from being lost to saved because they are buried and resurrected with Christ (Romans 6:4-5). Baptism is the final requirement to become a christian (Acts 2:37-38, Mark 16:16, Acts 2:41).

Finally, assemble with a faithful congregation (Hebrews 10:24-25) that teaches only God’s Word and continue to grow in knowledge and application of God’s Word (1 Peter 2:2).
